He has more than twenty years of experience advising clients on transactions involving the establishment of trusts, including restricted-zone title-transfer trusts, guarantee trusts, and administration trusts, as well as purchase and sale transactions, leases, donations, the incorporation of legal entities, and property regularization.
He also provides comprehensive legal guidance to facilitate investments and cross-border transactions, as well as immigration procedures, always working under the principles that guide the firm today.
